Rooted in strategy.

Built for freedom.

We’re a small but mighty team of creatives, each with a heart for helping business owners grow with intention. At Kayla Leed Creative, we believe in marketing that feels as good as it works — and in building businesses that support real life, not the other way around.

FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

(mermaid at heart)

I grew up between the city of Lancaster, PA and the salty boardwalks of Ocean City, MD, a mix of grounded and free-spirited that still defines my life and work today. Now based in the mountains of Western North Carolina with my family, I’ve built a business that blends soulful creativity with smart strategy.

I founded Kayla Leed Creative to serve business owners who care deeply about what they do and want a team they can trust to help bring that vision to life — online and off. Whether I’m designing a website, coaching through a pivot, or mapping out marketing that finally feels aligned, my goal is always the same: to create space for freedom, clarity, and connection.

Strengths: brand storytelling, strategic planning, business clarity coaching
Most likely found biking with my kids, barefoot on the porch, or planning my next coastal trip

(also, I have an English Degree so these em-dashes are mine - HA!)

Afton Lorenz

Client Success & Operations Manager

I’m an adventure seeker at heart who feels most at home underwater. I’ve hiked volcanoes, gone skydiving, and find joy in exploration, creativity, and connection. I’m married to my wonderful husband Ross and am a proud mom to two amazing children.

At Kayla Leed Collective, I bring a strategic, high-touch approach to everything I do. I’m both a thinker and a doer, helping support dreamers with functional steps that move ideas toward completion. I love the visual side of social media and the way it connects people in meaningful ways.

My heart thrives when I see people succeed. I’m deeply motivated by helping others feel supported, encouraged, and capable. I love Jesus, I love people, and I bring that care into every interaction, always rooting for the success of the businesses and individuals I support.

WEBSITE DESIGNER

(WANNABE FARMER)

While my roots are in Pittsburgh, PA, I’ve also spent time living in Ohio, California, and Utah. I am currently loving my home and community in Western North Carolina where I spend many of my hours playing in the dirt on my home-scale regenerative farm with my husband, son and two dogs.

Trained in visual design, I’ve spent my career focused on building digital user experiences that feel human, from small websites to apps to large e-commerce shops.

Strengths: user experience, visual design, strategic thinking
Most likely found playing in the mountains, chasing my toddler and dogs around or dreaming up my next homestead project.
